摘要
参照《农作物种子检验规程》(GB/T 3543-1995),研究达乌里龙胆种子质量检验方法。结果表明,种子净度分析最少试验量为1 g,送检样品量不低于20 g;千粒法测定千粒重;水分含量测定采用种子整粒高恒温烘干1.5 h;纵切种胚后在1%TTC(氯化三苯基四氮唑)溶液中40℃避光染色6 h测定生活力;恒温20℃、12 h光照与12 h黑暗光照周期条件下于双层滤纸上进行发芽试验。
In accordance with the'Regulations for Inspection of Crop Seeds'(GB/T 3543-1995),the quality inspection methods for the seeds of Gentiana dahurica were studied.The results showed that the minimum test quantity for seed purity analysis was 1 g,and the sample quantity sent for inspection should not be less than 20 g.Determination of thousand-grain weight by the thousand-grain method.The moisture content was determined by drying the seeds whole at a high constant temperature for 1.5 hours.After longitudinal cutting of the embryo,it was stained in 1%TTC(triphenyltetrazolium chloride)solution at 40℃in the dark for 6 hours to determine its vitality.Germination experiments were conducted on double-layer filter paper under conditions of constant temperature of 20℃,12 hours of light exposure and 12 hours of dark light exposure.
