高产优质弱筋小麦新品种云麦114的遗传构成及其重要性状遗传基础解析

Analysis on Genetic Composition and Genetic Basis of Important Traits of a New High-yielding and High-quality Weak-gluten Wheat Cultivar Yunmai114

摘要 云麦114是云南省2023年审定的优质弱筋小麦品种,并在2022年以11646 kg/hm^(2)刷新了我国西南麦区小麦单产纪录。利用GenoBaits Wheat 100 K(GBW100K)小麦育种芯片解析云麦114的遗传构成,明确亲本对其遗传构成的贡献率和重要性状遗传基础。结果表明,在云麦114及其亲本纯合有效的SNP中,云麦114与双亲均相同的SNP位点占比达73.97%;双亲中云麦53对云麦114的相对遗传贡献率较大,对全基因组的相对遗传贡献率为84.50%,而另一亲本2009Y1-510对云麦114的相对遗传贡献率仅15.50%,具有明显的偏亲遗传现象;在亚基因组上,云麦53对云麦114的A、B、D亚基因组的相对遗传贡献率分别为80.34%、90.86%、82.30%,2009Y1-510对云麦114的A、B、D亚基因组的相对贡献率分别为19.65%、9.14%、17.70%;根据分析表明,云麦114聚合了来自亲本的优异基因位点,包括多抗位点Lr46/Yr29/Pm39/Sr58、Lr27/Yr30/Sr2和Lr67/Yr46/Pm46/Sr5,以及品质位点Glu-Dx、PSY-D1、PinB;千粒重位点TaCwi-A1、TaSus2-2B、TaGS5-A1、SPL21-6B;赤霉病抗性位点QFhb.caas-5AL;叶锈病抗病位点Lr37、Lr13/Ne2;矮秆基因Rht-8等,此外云麦114还含有2个特异性抗赤霉病位点QFhb.caas-3BL和QFhb.hbaas-5AS和2个特异性粒重位点TaGW2-6A和SPL20-7D。 Yunmai114 is a high-quality weak-gluten wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)variety approved in Yunnan Province in 2023.In 2022,it set a new record for wheat yield per unit area in the southwest wheat-growing region of China at 11646 kg/hm^(2).The genetic composition of Yunmai114 was analyzed using the GenoBaits Wheat 100 K(GBW100K)wheat breeding chip to clarify the contribution rate of parents to its genetic composition and the genetic basis of important traits.The results showed that among the SNPs of Yunmai114 and its parents that were homozygous and effective,the proportion of SNP loci where Yunmai114 was the same as both parents reached 73.97%.Among the parents,Yunmai53 had a relatively large relative genetic contribution rate to Yunmai114,with a relative genetic contribution rate of 84.50%to the entire genome.However,the relative genetic contribution rate of the other parent,2009Y1-510,to Yunmai114 was only 15.50%,showing a distinct phenomenon of biased inheritance.On the subgenome,the relative genetic contribution rates of Yunmai53 to the A,B,and D subgenomes of Yunmai114 were 80.34%,90.86%,and 82.30%respectively,and the relative contribution rates of 2009Y1-510 to the A,B,and D subgenomes of Yunmai114 were 19.65%,9.14%,and 17.70%respectively.According to the analysis,Yunmai114 aggregated excellent gene loci from parents,including polyclonal loci Lr46/Yr29/Pm39/Sr58,Lr27/Yr30/Sr2 and Lr67/Yr46/Pm46/Sr5,as well as quality loci Glu-Dx,PSY-D1,PinB;1000-grain weight sites:TaCwi-A1,TaSus2-2B,TaGS5-A1,SPL21-6B;Fusarium head blight resistance site QFhb.caas-5AL.The disease-resistant loci of leaf rust were Lr37,Lr13 and Ne2,the dwarf gene Rht-8,etc.In addition,Yunmai114 also contained two specific anti-scab sites,QFhbc.aas-3BL and QFhb.hbaas-5AS,as well as two specific grain weight sites,TaGW2-6A and SPL20-7D.
