摘要
以故宫博物院北院区文物展示用房为背景,针对其复杂的高落差错层隔震结构设计方法展开研究。因场地地势差异大、平面超长、刚度分布不均及扭转效应显著等特点,该建筑面临隔震层变形协调、超长结构温度应力控制等设计难点。设计中采用低碳长寿命和裂缝自愈合混凝土提升百年建筑的耐久性、抗裂损、抗渗漏性能。提出利用剪力墙连接不同标高的隔震层并加强楼板刚度的创新方法,有效解决了错层隔震的变形协调问题。通过设置分区域温度后浇带与隔震温度收缩带的创新方法,降低了超长结构的温度应力影响。采用肋板式悬臂挡土墙结合抗压/抗拔桩的复合结构,解决了超高悬臂挡土墙的设计难题。采用基于宏观有限元模型进行动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,罕遇地震作用下结构整体能达到比C级要求更高的C+级抗震性能目标。
Taking the cultural relics exhibition room in the north courtyard of the Palace Museum as the background,research was conducted on the design method of complex staggered⁃level seismic isolation structures with large elevation differences.Due to the significant differences in terrain,long plane,uneven stiffness distribution,and significant torsional effects of the site,the building faces design difficulties such as deformation coordination of the isolation layer and temperature stress control of the ultra long structure.Low⁃carbon long⁃life and crack self⁃healing concrete were used in the design to enhance the durability,crack resistance,and leakage resistance of century old buildings.The innovative method was proposed to use shear walls to connect isolation layers at different elevations and strengthen the stiffness of floor slabs,effectively solving the deformation coordination problem of staggered isolation.The innovative method of setting zone temperature for pouring and isolation temperature contraction zones has reduced the temperature stress impact on ultra long structures.The composite structure of ribbed cantilever retaining wall combined with compression/pull⁃out piles has solved the design problem of ultra⁃high cantilever retaining wall.Using a macroscopic finite element model for dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis,the results show that the overall seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquake action can achieve a higher C+seismic performance target than the C level requirement.
