摘要
巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果是全面推进乡村振兴的底线任务。采用扎根理论的单案例研究方法,通过对陇海集团1994—2024年开展的脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴工作的深入研究,探讨了农产品供应链核心企业基于供应链的拓展与优化,履行社会责任(以下简称“履责”)并创造共享价值的过程、机制和支持要素。研究发现:(1)农产品供应链核心企业主要运用供应链嵌入、供应链拓展、供应链优化三个步骤来高效履责,其中每个步骤都包含具体的履责策略与方法;(2)农产品供应链核心企业履责把社会价值创造内置于商业活动中,通过对社会及供应链合作伙伴的资源混合配置与利用来创造共享价值,且社会价值创造是商业价值创造的前提,两种价值创造互相依赖且多有重叠;(3)农产品供应链核心企业履责受履责动因和要素支持的情景因素影响较大,农产品供应链需要农产品技术支持、供应链调动能力、部门间协作能力三个因素的支持来促进核心企业履责与共享价值创造。因此,农产品供应链核心企业可以将农民纳入供应链体系,通过共享价值创造来实施战略性社会责任,进而形成持续履责,更好地适应社会环境。
Consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation constitutes a fundamental task of advancing rural revitalization across the board.Drawing on a grounded theory-based single-case study,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of Longhai Group s poverty alleviation and rural revitalization practices from 1994 to 2024 and discusses the processes,mechanisms,and enabling factors through which core enterprises in agricultural product supply chains fulfill social responsibilities and create shared value based on the expansion and optimization of supply chains.The findings are as follows.(1)Core enterprises in agricultural product supply chains effectively fulfill their social responsibilities through three steps:supply chain embedding,expansion,and optimization,with each step involving specific strategies and approaches.(2)These core enterprises integrate social value creation into their business operations and create shared value through the mixed allocation and utilization of resources from society and supply chain partners.Social value creation is a prerequisite for business value creation,and the two are interdependent and often overlapping.(3)The social responsibility fulfillment of these core enterprises is significantly influenced by contextual factors such as motivations and enabling factors.Agricultural product supply chains rely on agricultural product technology support,supply chain mobilization capabilities,and interdepartmental collaboration to facilitate social responsibility fulfillment and shared value creation by the core enterprises.Therefore,these core enterprises can integrate farmers into the supply chain system,fulfill strategic social responsibilities through shared value creation,and thereby secure sustained responsibility fulfillment to better adapt to the social environment.
