摘要
为了推动空中战斗管理向智能化管理转型升级,聚焦空中作战分域战术级指挥控制,对空中战斗管理系统的组织架构及关键技术开展研究。从空中战斗管理的概念内涵、研究定位和典型场景入手,分析空中战斗管理的运行机理、问题边界和组成要素。按照职能架构牵引系统架构,系统架构牵引关键技术的研究思路,从管理学4项基本职能出发,剖析空中战斗管理的主要职能和关键问题。以能力需求为目标,以人的组织架构为参照,针对计算机系统特点设计事业部型空中战斗管理系统组织架构。最终,提出支撑系统功能实现的关键技术,为提升空中战斗管理的智能化水平提供借鉴与参考。
In order to promote the transformation of air battle management to intelligent management,tactical level command and control in air combat domain is focused on.The research on the organization structure and key technology of air battle management system is carried out.Firstly,starting from the conceptual connotation,research orientation and typical scenarios of air battle management,the operational mechanism,problem boundary and components of air battle management are clarified.Secondly,according to the research thoughts of such key technologies as function architecture tracking the system architecture and system architecture tracking,starting for 4 items of basic functions of management,the main functions and key problems of air combat management are analyzed.Subsequently,taking the capability requirement as the goal,take human architecture as the reference,the air combat management system architecture of division type is designed according to the computer system characteristics.Finally,the key technologies supporting the realization of system function is proposed to provide the reference to improve the intelligent level of air combat management.
