中医药干预NF-κB信号轴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

Intervention of NF-κB signal axis with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病常见并发症,以肢体麻木、疼痛为主要表现,易进展为糖尿病足,严重影响患者的生活质量并造成巨大经济负担。DPN的发病机制复杂,涉及高血糖、氧化应激、炎症及细胞凋亡等。核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)信号通路通过调控炎症反应、氧化应激及细胞凋亡,有望成为DPN治疗的关键靶点。本文基于现有研究综述了NF-κB信号通路及中医药有效成分治疗进展,阐述了DPN作用机制及相关靶点,以期为指导DPN临床治疗提供新思路,推动中医药在DPN治疗中的高效应用。 Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is a common complication of diabetes,with numbness and pain in the limbs as the main manifestations,which can easily progress to diabetic foot,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and causing huge economic burden.The pathogenesis is complex,involving hyperglycemia,oxidative stress,inflammation and apoptosis,and the nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway is expected to become a key target for DPN therapy by regulating inflammatory response,oxidative stress and apoptosis.Based on the existing research,this work reviewed the progress of NF-κB signaling pathway and the treatment of TCM active ingredients,and elaborated the mechanism of action of DPN and related targets,in order to provide new ideas for guiding the clinical treatment of DPN and promote the efficient application of TCM in the treatment of DPN.
