摘要
针对船舶机舱损害管制过程中作业空间受限、配合难协调、强度大、损坏部件拆装困难等问题,设计一种用于船舶机舱损害管制的髋部和背部双助力外骨骼。通过引入外骨骼技术,为船舶机舱损害管制的组织实施提供一种高效、全新的技术手段,同时为船舶机舱内机械设备的应急抢修、应急制动、舱内伤员转运等提供帮助。
In response to the problems of limited working space,difficult coordination,high strength,and difficulty in disassembling damaged components in the process of ship engine room damage control,this article designs a hip and back dual-assist exoskeleton for ship engine room damage control.By introducing exoskeleton technology,a new and efficient technological means is provided for the effective organization and implementation of damage control in ship engine rooms.At the same time,it also provides assistance for emergency repair,emergency braking of mechanical equipment,and transportation for injured personnel in ship engine room.
