摘要
大学生党员是党的事业发展的重要后备力量,其培养质量直接关系到党的建设和国家未来发展。本文聚焦基于思想政治教育的大学生党员培养模式创新,探索以思想政治教育为核心的培养模式创新路径,包括优化培养内容体系、创新教育载体方法等,旨在提升大学生党员的思想政治素质、党性修养和实践能力,为新时代高校党员培养工作提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
College student party members are an important reserve force for the development of the Party's cause,and their training quality directly affects the Party's construction and the future development of the country.This article focuses on the innovation of the training mode for college student party members based on ideological and political education,exploring the innovative path of the training mode with ideological and political education as the core,including optimizing the training content system,innovating the education carrier methods,etc.,aiming to enhance the ideological and political quality,party spirit cultivation,and practical ability of college student party members,and provide theoretical and practical references for the training of college party members in the new era.
