摘要
针对传统铣刨施工中存在的问题,对3D智能铣刨路面数字化技术进行研究。以沈海高速公路项目为工程背景,阐述了3D智能铣刨技术的特点,重点介绍了其施工工艺,包括前期准备、测量与建模、设计优化、施工计划制订、数字化铣刨、数字化摊铺等关键环节。研究表明,该技术的应用显著提高了施工效率和质量,实现了路面施工的精准化和智能化,具有重要的工程应用价值。
In response to the problems existing in traditional milling construction,this paper studies the digital technology of 3D scanning and variable milling pavement.Taking the Shenhai Expressway Project as the engineering background,this paper describes the characteristics of 3D intelligent milling technology and focuses on its construction process,including key steps such as preliminary preparation,measurement and modeling,design optimization,construction planning,digital milling,digital paving.The research shows that the application of this technology significantly improves construction efficiency and quality,achieves precise and intelligent pavement construction,and has important engineering application value.
