摘要
高速公路设计回溯是交通运输部部署的专项工作。以编制设计回溯费用参考指标为目的,针对费用标准编制需要研究的费用范围、费用组成、费用子目设置和费用指标值等问题,基于广东省交通运输厅印发的高速公路设计回溯实施方案和相关专业排查工作指引,对工作主体、工作流程、各专业排查工作内容、实际投入展开研究,明确了费用编制范围、费用组成和费用子目项,通过成本法统计测算分析得出费用参考指标,为设计回溯工作提供计费依据。
The design retrospective of expressways is a special task arranged by the Ministry of Transport.Aimed at formulating reference indicators for design retrospective costs,this study addresses issues such as the cost scope,cost components,the setting of cost sub-items,and cost indicator values that need to be investigated in the compilation of cost standards.Based on the implementation plan for the expressway design retrospective and relevant professional inspection guidelines issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation,research has been carried out on the working entities,work processes,the inspection contents of each specialty,and the actual inputs.The scope of cost compilation,cost components,and cost sub-item items have been clearly defined.Through statistical measurement and analysis using the cost method,the reference cost indicators have been derived,providing a charging basis for the design retrospective work.
