摘要
市政工程是城市建设的重要内容,主要为城市居民提供基础服务,满足居民日常所需与工业生产的需求。为进一步提升市政工程建设的质量与效率,可引进并落实精细化管理模式,以此对市政工程全过程的建设活动进行监督与控制,实现市政工程建设目标。基于此,文章从市政工程管理特点出发,阐述精细化管理模式的概念,分析市政工程精细化管理的基本原则与框架,并结合市政工程管理特点制定精细化管理措施,以此保证市政工程全过程施工建设的规范性与施工质量、效率,同时实现成本控制目标。
Municipal engineering is an important part of urban construction,mainly providing basic services for urban residents and meeting their daily needs and industrial production needs.To further improve the quality and efficiency of municipal engineering construction,a refined management model can be introduced and implemented to supervise and control the entire process of municipal engineering construction activities,and achieve the goals of municipal engineering construction.Based on this,the article starts from the characteristics of municipal engineering management,elaborates on the concept of refined management mode,analyzes the basic principles and framework of refined management of municipal engineering,and formulates refined management measures in combination with the characteristics of municipal engineering management to ensure the standardization,construction quality,and efficiency of the entire process of municipal engineering construction,while achieving cost control goals.
