摘要
目的:探讨全视网膜光凝术联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年10月我院收治的150例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机均分为2组。对照组行全视网膜光凝术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康柏西普治疗,比较两组眼压、视力水平、黄斑中心凹厚度、血清因子变化和眼动脉血流动力学指标水平变化,以及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组眼压、视力水平、黄斑中心凹厚度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阻力系数低于对照组,舒张末期流速和收缩期峰值流速高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清血管内皮生长因子和色素上皮衍生因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病视网膜病变患者在全视网膜光凝术治疗的基础上联合康柏西普治疗具有较好临床效果,能够有效降低眼压水平,提高视力水平,还能有效改善血流动力学指标水平和血清因子水平,降低并发症发生概率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of panretinal photocoagulation combined with drugs in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 150 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation,and the observation group was treated with conbercept on the basis of the control group.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,macular foveal thickness,serum factor changes and ophthalmic artery hemodynamics index changes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the intraocular pressure,visual acuity and macular foveal thickness in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the resistance coeficient of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the enddiastolic velocity and peak systolic velocity were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and pigment epithelium-derived factor in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conbercept combined with panretinal photocoagulation has a good clinical effect on patients with diabetic retinopathy.It can effectively reduce the level of intraocular pressure,improve the level of vision,improve the level of hemodynamic index and serum factor,and reduce the incidence of complications.
