摘要
目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中中心体蛋白55(CEP55)、PHD锌指结构域蛋白5A(PHF5A)的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 选取本院收治的119例NSCLC患者(2019年10月至2021年10月)术中留取的NSCLC组织和癌旁组织为研究样本。结果 与癌旁组织相比,NSCLC组织中CEP55和PHF5A的表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且NSCLC组织中CEP55和PHF5A表达水平呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05)。不同淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度情况患者,NSCLC组织中CEP55和PHF5A表达水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。CEP55低表达患者3年生存率(50.94%)高于CEP55高表达患者(31.82%)(χ^(2)=4.676,P=0.031),PHF5A低表达患者3年生存率(53.45%)高于PHF5A高表达患者(27.87%)(χ^(2)=10.806,P=0.001)。CEP55和PHF5A水平及淋巴结等临床病理特征均为影响NSCLC患者预后的因素(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织中CEP55和PHF5A均高表达,二者表达水平与患者淋巴结转移等临床病理特征有关。
Objective To investigate the expression pattern of centrosomal protein 55(CEP55)and PHD-finger domain protein 5A(PHF5A)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and their relationships with prognosis.Methods NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues collected during surgery from 119 NSCLC patients(October 2019 to October 2021)who visited our hospital were used as the study samples.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,levels of CEP55 and PHF5A were significantly higher in NSCLC tissues(P<0.05),and levels of CEP55 and PHF5A were positively correlated in NSCLC tissues(r=0.512,P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression of CEP55 and PHF5A in NSCLC patients with different lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and differentiation degree(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of CEP55 low-expression patients(50.94%)was higher than that of CEP55 high-expression patients(31.82%)(χ^(2)=4.676,P=0.031),while the 3-year survival rate of PHF5A low-expression patients(53.45%)was higher than that of PHF5A high-expression patients(27.87%)(χ^(2)=10.806,P=0.001).The expressions of CEP55 and PHF5A,as well as the clinicopathological features of lymph nodes,were the prognostic factors of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion CEP55 and PHF5A are both highly expressed in NSCLC tissues,and the expressions of both markers are related to clinicopathological features,including lymph node metastasis.
