摘要
防沙治沙是内蒙古生态安全屏障建设的重要任务之一。几十年来,内蒙古防沙治沙工作取得明显成绩,但内蒙古自然环境脆弱,已治理的沙化土地林草植被处于恢复阶段,巩固治理成果任务艰巨,防沙治沙任务面临新挑战。根据有关资料,并按照时间以及重要防沙治沙建设,内蒙古沙漠治理历程划分为群众治沙、防沙治沙发展初期、快速发展期、综合发展期和攻坚发展期,从相关工程建设、技术发展、取得成效以及有关政策等方面阐述了内蒙古防沙治沙工作曲折发展的过程,能够为新时代沙漠治理工程实施提供借鉴。
Preventing and controlling desertification is one of the important tasks in the construction of the ecological security barrier in Inner Mongolia.Over the past few decades,remarkable achievements have been made in combating desertification in Inner Mongolia.However,because of the fragile natural environment,the vegetation of the desertified land that has been combated is in the recovery stage.Meanwhile,the achievements of consolidation are arduous.So the task of preventing and controlling desertification is facing new challenges.According to the relevant data and based on chronological order and the important construction projects of desertification control,the process of desert control in Inner Mongolia could be divided into the early stage of mass sand control,the rapid development stage,the comprehensive development stage and the critical development stage.From the aspects of related engineering construction,technological development,achievements and relevant policies,the paper expounded the continuous development of the anti-desertification worked in Inner Mongolia in twists and turns.Through arduous efforts,the remarkable achievements in scientific sand control could provide reference for the implementation of desert control projects in the new era.
