摘要
该文开展成果导向模式积极培养医学生创新能力的综合效果分析。选取2022级临床医学专业15人、预防医学专业8人、护理学专业9人和医学检验技术专业3人为研究对象,随机分成对照组(12人)、实验1组(12人)及实验2组(11人),对照组采用常规多媒体教学培养医学生创新能力,实验1组采用常规多媒体教学、辅助一类创新创业成果培养医学生创新能力,实验2组采用常规多媒体教学、辅助各类创新创业成果培养医学生创新能力,对比分析3组医学生创新能力平均分、满意度。与对照组比较,实验1组、实验2组医学生创新能力平均分、满意度明显增加(P<0.05);与实验1组比较,实验2组创新能力平均分、满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。成果导向模式对积极培养医学生创新创业能力非常有效。
This paper carried out the results-oriented model to actively cultivate medical students'innovative ability of the comprehensive effect analysis.The subjects were 15 students of clinical medicine,8 students of preventive medicine,9 students of nursing and 3 students of medical laboratory technology,they were randomly divided into control group(n=12),Experiment Group 1(n=12)and Experiment Group 2(n=11),in Experiment 1,the medical students'innovative ability was developed by using the conventional multimedia teaching and the first kind of innovative and entrepreneurial achievements,in Experiment 2,the medical students were trained with multimedia teaching and innovation achievement,and the average score and satisfaction of innovation ability were compared among the 3 groups.Compared with the control group,the average scores of innovation ability and satisfaction degree of medical students in Experiment Group 1 and Experiment Group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the average score of innovation ability and satisfaction degree of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The results-oriented model is very effective in cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of medical students.
