薏苡种间杂种F1主要农艺和总苞性状的杂种优势特征

摘要 为探究野生—栽培薏苡种间F1杂种在主要农艺性状和总苞性状的杂种优势特征,选取六谷、安薏1号、义县薏苡和锦州薏米等4份栽培型材料为母本,六谷珠子、钢城念珠薏苡、铁薏苡和六角芦素等4份野生种为父本,按照NCⅡ遗传设计共配置16个种间杂交组合,分析其8个主要农艺性状及5个总苞性状的中亲优势及超亲优势特点。结果表明,16个野生—栽培薏苡种间F1杂种8个农艺性状的中亲优势值为-35.1%~80.1%,超高亲优势为-50.0%~53.3%,在株高、着粒层、主茎粗、叶长、叶宽和主茎节数性状上的中亲优势和超亲优势更为明显,分枝节位倾向于高值亲本,而分蘖数则表现为负向超亲优势。5个总苞性状的中亲优势值为-13.7%~69.8%,超高亲优势值为-45.1%~27.5%,总苞性状的百粒质量、长度、宽度和周长表现出较强的中亲优势;但是,总苞性状圆度具有超高亲优势,使杂种F1更为接近圆形。与双亲相比,野生—栽培薏苡种间F1杂种植株的主要农艺性状表现出更强生长势,而且以南方亚热带栽培种为母本更容易出现超亲组合,总苞性状则更倾向于野生种而且表现超中亲优势特点。 In order to illustrate the heterosis of main agronomic and involucre traits of F1 interspecific hybrids of wild and cultivar lines in(Coix L.),in this study,four cultivar lines including Liugu,Anyi 1,Yixianyiyi,and Jinzhouyimi were selected as the female parents,four wild lines including Liuguzhuzi,Gangchengnianzhu adlay,Tie adlay,and Liujiaolusu were selected as the male parent,16 interspecific hybrid combinations were obtained by NCⅡgenetic design To analyze the mid-parent heterosis and over-parent heterosis of 8 agronomic traits and 5 involucre traits.The results revealed that the values of midparent heterosis(MPH)of 8 agronomic traits in 16 F1 interspecific hybrids of wild and cultivar lines in adlay ranged-35.1%-80.1%and the values of over-parent heterosis(HPH)were-50.0%-53.3%.Plant height(PH),grain layer(GL),main stem diameter(MSD),length of leaf(LL),width of leaf(WL),and nodes on main stem(NMS)had obviously mid-parent and overparent heterosis and brancing node(BN)tended to high-value parents,while total tillers per plant(TT)trait had negative heterosis.MPH values in five involucre traits ranged-13.7%-69.8%,and the HPH were-45.1%-27.5%.It demonstrated that involucre traits of 100-fruit weight(HFW)and length(IL),width(IW),perimeter(IP)showed strong MPH.But the involucre roundness had higher HPH values,which showed that the F1 hybrids involucre could be more roundness than their parent lines.In conclusion,compared with the parents,the interspecific F1 hybrids had strong growth vigor in agronomic traits,the female parents of southern subtropical cultivated lines probably created super parent combinations,and the involucre traits tended to their wild parental lines and dispalyed evident MPH.
