食用菌多糖调控脂质代谢的研究进展

摘要 脂质代谢紊乱引发肥胖、动脉粥样硬化等多种疾病。食用菌多糖作为食用菌的关键活性成分,可调节血脂、抑制脂质堆积。本文系统综述食用菌多糖在体内和体外模型中对脂质代谢的调控作用,其机制涉及调节肠道菌群、缓解氧化应激、改善胰岛素抵抗以及调控脂质代谢相关基因的表达等多个方面。然而,当前研究在作用机制解析深度、剂量-效应关系和临床应用转化等方面仍存在不足。未来需借助新技术深挖机制、明确剂量效应,并推进临床试验与新制剂开发,进一步推动脂质代谢紊乱相关疾病的防治及食用菌多糖的利用。 Lipid metabolism disorders contribute to obesity,atherosclerosis,and other chronic diseases.As key biologically active components of edible fungi,polysaccharides derived from mushrooms have demonstrated potential in modulating blood lipid levels and inhibiting lipid accumulation.This article systematically reviews the effects of edible fungal polysaccharides on lipid metabolism both in vivo and in vitro studies.The underlying mechanisms include modulation of gut microbiota,reduction of oxidative stress,improvement of insulin resistance,and regulation of lipid metabolism-related gene expression.However,current research exhibits certain limitations in the depth of mechanistic investigations,dose-response relationships,and translation to clinical applications.Future efforts should employ advanced technologies to further elucidate the mechanisms,establish clear dose-effect relationships,promote clinical trials,and develop novel formulations.These efforts will contribute significantly to the prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism-related diseases and enhance the utilization of polysaccharides from mushrooms.
