摘要
为解决工业厂房外围护产品普遍存在的装配效率低、施工工序复杂、饰面及保温材料耐久性差等问题,提出了一种新型自保温空心预应力钢筋混凝土外挂墙板。该墙板采用空心构造与预应力技术相结合的设计方案,通过工业化生产方式提高加工效率,空心构造有效降低结构自重并提升刚度,利用空腔作为发泡类保温材料的填充空间,实现结构与保温一体化,确保两者具有相同使用寿命。采用理论分析与有限元分析相结合的方法,系统考察了墙板空心形态、肋构造及预应力钢筋配置对抗弯承载能力的影响。通过分组对比与结果分析发现:带肋的空腔构造能有效实现内外叶墙板的协同受力;预应力钢筋的设置使墙板在使用阶段保持全截面受压状态;预应力作用显著提高了墙板刚度,有效降低了开裂风险。研究结果表明,该自保温预应力外挂墙板能充分发挥混凝土与预应力钢筋的材料性能,特别适用于大层高工业厂房的围护体系,为解决现有问题提供了有效的技术方案。
To address common issues in industrial building envelopes,such as low assembly efficiency,complex construction processes and poor durability of decorative and insulation materials,a novel self⁃insulating prestressed external wall panel was proposed.The panel adopts a design scheme combining hollow construction and prestressing technology,which enhances production efficiency through industrialized manufacturing.The hollow construction effectively reduces self⁃weight and improves stiffness.The cavity is used as the filling space of the foamed thermal insulation material to realize the integration of structure and thermal insulation,and to ensure that both have the same service life.The influence of the panel′s hollow configuration,rib design and prestressed reinforcement on its flexural capacity was systematically investigated by combining theoretical analysis and finite element analysis.Comparative group studies and result analysis demonstrate that the ribbed cavity structure enables effective synergistic load⁃bearing between inner and outer wall panels.The setting of prestressed reinforcement makes the wall panel maintain the full⁃section compression state in the use stage.Prestressing significantly enhances panel stiffness and effectively reduces cracking risks.The results indicate that the self⁃insulating prestressed external wall panel can fully utilize the material properties of concrete and prestressed steel,making it particularly suitable for high⁃clearance industrial building envelopes.It provides an effective technical solution to solve the existing problems.
