压裂用超临界二氧化碳增稠剂研究进展

摘要 CO_(2)压裂技术可以有效降低压裂施工过程耗水量及压裂液对储层伤害程度,具有广阔应用前景,但注入地层的纯CO_(2)压裂液黏度较低,携带支撑剂能力较弱,严重影响压裂效果,使用增稠剂提高超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO_(2))黏度极其重要。根据现有超临界CO_(2)增稠剂的分子结构与增稠原理,可将CO_(2)增稠剂分为表面活性剂、聚合物、小分子化合物。对目前CO_(2)增稠剂的研究现状进行了概述,对不同类型增稠剂的溶解性、增稠效果及存在问题等进行了分析与评价,指出了CO_(2)增稠剂今后的发展方向。 CO_(2) fracturing technology can effectively reduce water consumption during fracturing construction and the degree of damage caused by fracturing fluid to reservoirs,and has broad application prospects.However,the pure CO_(2) fracturing fluid injected into the formation has a low viscosity and weak ability to carry proppants,which seriously affects the fracturing effect.Therefore,it is extremely important to use thickeners to increase the viscosity of supercritical carbon dioxide.According to the molecular structure and thickening principle of existing supercritical CO_(2) thickeners,the CO_(2) thickeners can be divided into surfactants,polymers,and small molecule compounds.The current research status of CO_(2) thickeners is summarized.The solubility,thickening effect and existing problems of different types of thickeners are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the future development direction of CO_(2) thickeners is pointed out.
