摘要
风积沙因其松散性和低强度,常面临作为路基材料应用的困难。为提高风积沙的工程性能,本文研究了水泥和SH固化剂对其无侧限抗压强度的改性效果。通过试验分析,风积沙的主要成分为细砂,天然含水率低,易溶盐含量较少。本研究的试验条件:水泥掺量为5%~11%,SH固化剂掺量为0.5%~2.5%。试验结果表明:随着水泥掺量增大,风积沙的抗压强度显著提高,11%水泥掺量下的强度满足规范要求;SH固化剂的掺入也可提升抗压强度,其中1%~2.5%的掺量表现较好。水泥通过水化反应生成水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)等物质,增强了风积沙的强度;而SH固化剂则通过分子间的氢键和絮凝作用增强土体的黏聚力。综合比较,水泥的固化效果优于SH固化剂,且水泥掺量为11%时,能够满足路基工程的力学性能要求。SH固化剂可作为辅料提升风积沙的抗压强度。
Due to its looseness and low strength,aeolian sand often faces difficulties when used as roadbed material.To improve the engineering properties of aeolian sand,this study investigates the modification effects of cement and SH-polymer on its unconfined compressive strength.Through experimental analysis,the main components of aeolian sand were found to be fine sand,with a low natural moisture content and few soluble salts.In the experiments,the cement content was increased from 5%to 11%,and the SH-polymer content was increased from 0.5%to 2.5%.The results showed that as the cement content increased,the compressive strength of aeolian sand significantly improved,with a strength that met the specifications at an 11%cement content.The addition of SH-polymer also improved the strength,with the best performance observed at 1%to 2.5%incorporation.Cement strengthens the aeolian sand by generating calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H)and other substances through hydration reactions.Meanwhile,the SH-polymer enhances the cohesion of the soil through hydrogen bonds and flocculation.In comparison,the curing effect of cement is superior to that of SH-polymer.With 11%cement content,the mechanical properties required for roadbed engineering can be met.SH-polymer can be used as an auxiliary material to improve the compressive strength of aeolian sand.
