摘要
目的分析渗透树脂治疗乳前牙早期邻面釉质龋的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月期间我院收治的乳前牙早期邻面釉质龋患者82例,通过随机抽签的方式均分为两组,即研究组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者予以树脂充填治疗,研究组患者予以渗透树脂治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者修复效果优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者牙釉质硬度高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组家属满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论乳前牙早期邻面釉质龋行渗透树脂治疗效果理想,并发症较少,患者家属满意度更高,可作为树脂直接充填术的更优选择,值得进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of infiltration resin in the treatment of early adjacent enamel caries of deciduous anterior teeth.Methods 82 patients with early adjacent enamel caries of deciduous anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with resin filling,while the study group patients were treated with infiltration resin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The repair effect of the study group patients was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The enamel hardness of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of family members in the research group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of infiltration resin in the treatment of early adjacent enamel caries of deciduous anterior teeth has an ideal effect,fewer complications,and higher satisfaction from patient families.It can be used as a better choice for direct resin filling surgery and is worth further research.
