摘要
分析自体耳软骨联合自体真皮组织在假体隆鼻修复术中的应用价值。选取2024年1月—2024年12月宁波海曙熙美医疗美容门诊部收治的100例假体隆鼻修复术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取常规修复方法,观察组采用自体耳软骨联合自体真皮组织进行修复。比较两组术后鼻部塑形指标、鼻内软组织变化、并发症发生情况及对修复效果满意度。结果显示,观察组术后鼻背抬高距离、鼻尖突出距离、鼻唇角增加角度、鼻尖后旋角增大角度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后鼻翼软骨夹角降低角度显著小于对照组,鼻尖至鼻翼定点连线距离增加长度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对修复效果的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,自体耳软骨联合自体真皮组织用于假体隆鼻修复术的效果良好,术后并发症较少,患者满意度较高。
To analyze the application value of autologous auricular cartilage combined with autologous dermal tissue in prosthetic rhinoplasty revision surgery.A total of 100 patients undergoing prosthetic rhinoplasty revision surgery admitted to Haishu Ximei Medical Cosmetology Clinic from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional revision methods,while the observation group underwent revision using autologous auricular cartilage combined with autologous dermal tissue.The postoperative nasal shaping indicators,changes in intranasal soft tissue,incidence of complications,and satisfaction with revision effects were compared between the two groups.The results showed that:The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of postoperative nasal dorsum elevation distance,nasal tip projection distance,increase in nasolabial angle,and increase in nasal tip retroversion angle(P<0.05);The reduction in alar cartilage angle of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the increase in the distance from the nasal tip to the alar fixed point line was significantly larger than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction with revision effects in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study concluded that autologous auricular cartilage combined with autologous dermal tissue has a good effect in prosthetic rhinoplasty revision surgery,with fewer postoperative complications and higher patient satisfaction.
