摘要黄河流域孕育了璀璨的中华文明,富集了丰富的历史文化资源,为我国文化和旅游融合发展提供了广阔舞台。党的十九大以来,黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展上升为重大国家战略,为传承弘扬黄河文化、深化文旅融合发展带来前所未有的机遇。本文引入空间生产理论,从制度表达空间、生产实践空间、社会关系空间三个维度,构建起黄河流域文化旅游空间生产的多元动力机制,剖析其中蕴含的政府引领、资源转化、主体互动等作用机理。在此基础上,本文提出“主题凝练、边界厘定、标志聚焦、产业转化、人才培育”五个方面的实践路径,涉及文化内涵挖掘、文旅资源错位发展、标志性地标塑造、文化产业培育、人才队伍建设等关键领域,以期为黄河流域文化遗产创造性转化、创新性发展,推进文化和旅游高质量融合提供理论参考和实践指引。 The Yellow River Basin has nurtured a brilliant Chinese civilization and enriched rich historical and cultural resources,providing a broad stage for the integrated development of culture and tourism in China.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin have become major national strategies,bringing unprecedented opportunities for inheriting and promoting Yellow River culture and deepening the integration of culture and tourism.This article introduces the theory of spatial production and constructs a diversified dynamic mechanism for the production of cultural tourism space in the Yellow River Basin from three dimensions:institutional expression space,production practice space,and social relationship space.It analyzes the mechanisms underlying government guidance,resource transformation,and subject interaction.On this basis,a practical path is proposed infive aspects,namely theme condensation,boundary determination,logo focus,industrial transformation,and talent cultivation,involving key areas like cultural connotation excavation,cultural tourism resource dislocation development,landmark shaping,cultural industry cultivation,and talent team construction.The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the creative transformation and innovative development of cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin,and promote the high-quality integration of culture and tourism.
