摘要
煤矿建设项目面临高瓦斯、围岩不稳定、突水及高地压等安全风险,传统技术难以有效控制。基于西山煤电古交矿区工程实践,构建多维度安全风险控制技术体系:采用KJ66监测系统与GMS20激光传感器实现瓦斯浓度实时监测,结合立体抽采网络与两堵一注封孔技术,使瓦斯超标事件下降81.25%;设计锚杆-锚网-锚喷三步支护法,顶板应力峰值降低40%;融合电阻率法与瞬变电磁法探测水害,采用三级压力注浆工艺使突水风险降低45%;部署智能安全管控系统,集成CNN-LSTM算法实现风险预警,工伤事故率下降63.4%。技术应用后工程周期缩短36%,成本节约19%,形成可推广的煤矿安全风险控制解决方案。
Coal mine construction projects face safety risks such as high gas,unstable surrounding rock,water inrush,high ground pressure and others,which are difficult to be effectively controlled by traditional technologies.Based on the engineering practice of Gujiao Mining Area in Xishan Coal and Electricity,a multi-dimensional safety risk control technology system is constructed:KJ66 monitoring system and GMS20 laser sensor are adopted to achieve real-time monitoring of gas concentration,combined with three-dimensional extraction network and hole sealing technology with two plugging and one injection,gas standard exceeding events are reduced by 81.25%;Design a three-step support method of anchor rod-anchor mesh-anchor spraying,the stress peak value of the roof is reduced by 40%;Resistivity method and transient electromagnetic method are integrated to detect water hazards,the three-stage pressure grouting process is adopted to reduce the water inrush risk by 45%;Deploy an intelligent safety management and control system and integrate CNN-LSTM algorithm to achieve risk early warning,which make a 63.4%reduction in the rate of industrial injury accidents.After the application of technology,the engineering cycle is shortened by 36%,the cost is saved by about 19%,forming a promotable coal mine safety risk control solution.
