摘要
以橘湘早嫁接苗为试材,探讨不同摘心处理对苗木直立性及生长的影响,旨在为提高橘湘早苗木质量提供参考。结果表明,摘心处理能改善橘湘早苗木的直立性,显著促进叶面积增加,对枝梢粗度无显著影响。其中,在梢角形成前留8片叶的摘心方式改善苗木直立性的效果最佳,能显著减小分枝基角,减小幅度达30.69%,且枝梢不发生弯曲,更不会显著缩短枝梢长度和刺激侧芽大量萌发。因此,建议橘湘早育苗可选择梢角形成前留8片叶的摘心方式。
This study investigated the effects of different topping on the uprightness and growth of‘Juxiangzao’shoots,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of‘Juxiangzao’seedlings.The results showed that topping treatments could improve the uprightness of‘Juxiangzao’seedlings,significantly increase leaf area,and had no significant effect on shoot thickness.Retaining 8 leaves topping before the formation of tip angles could significantly reduce the base angle,and the reduction range was 30.69%.Moreover,the shoots did not bend,and would not significantly shorten the shoot length and stimulate a large number of lateral buds to germinate.Therefore,retaining 8 leaves topping before the formation of shoot angles could be used in the cultivation of‘Juxiangzao’seedlings.
