摘要
通过研究中国强制性产品认证(CCC)、欧盟合规标志(CE)、美国联邦通讯委员会认证(FCC)制度中针对电磁兼容性测试项目、依据标准、管理方式等异同。依托“中新互认协定”经验,探讨三个认证国际互认的可行性和实施路径,并提出结果互认建议,旨在帮助有关企业了解欧盟、美国认证要求的同时,也为CCC认证的国际互认提供相关参考。
This article explores the feasibility and implementation path of international mutual recognition of China Compulsory Certification(CCC),Conformity Européene(CE)and Federal Communications Commission(FCC)based on the similarities and differences in electromagnetic compatibility requirements between them.It also puts forward relevant suggestions,aiming to help relevant enterprises understand the certification requirements of the European Union and the United State.At the same time,it provides relevant references for the international mutual recognition of the CCC certification.
