摘要
近年来,随着我国城市化进程加快,公共建筑规模不断扩大,能耗问题日益凸显,其中空调系统能耗占比超50%。在碳中和背景下,降低公共建筑空调系统能耗成为重要任务。多联机系统因能动态调节制冷剂流量、实现分区控制和精准温控,在公共建筑领域广泛应用。本文通过美的设备云平台采集4941个项目、10205套多联机系统的运行数据,对其应用现状和运行特征进行分析。研究发现,办公类建筑是多联机系统应用最广泛的建筑类型,占比超50%;多联机系统在夏热冬冷地区应用占比高达58.2%。在运行特征方面,不同功能建筑的机组运行模式呈现显著的功能导向性差异,办公类建筑为典型的工作日-日间型运行;公共建筑制冷需求高,制冷模式运行时间占比相对较高;制冷模式运行时段集中在5~9月,制热模式集中在11月至次年3月,且用户设定温度与室内实际温度存在差异,易造成系统高负荷运行和能源浪费。
With the accelerating urbanization process in China,the scale of public buildings has been continuously expanding,and the energy consumption problem has become increasingly prominent.Among them,the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems accounts for over 50%.Against the backdrop of carbon neutrality,reducing the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems in public buildings has become an important task.The VRF system has been widely used in the field of public buildings because it can dynamically adjust the refrigerant flow,achieve zoning control,and precise temperature control.This paper collects the operation data of 10205 sets of multi-split systems from 4941 projects through Midea equipment cloud platform,and analyzes their application status and operating characteristics.The research shows that office buildings are the most widely used building type for VRF systems,accounting for over 50%.The application of VRF systems in the hot-summer and cold-winter regions accounts for as high as 58.2%.In terms of operating characteristics,the operating modes of units in buildings with different functions show significant function-oriented differences.Office buildings typically operate on weekdays during the daytime.Public buildings have high cooling demand,and the proportion of the operating time in cooling mode is relatively high.The operating period of the cooling mode is concentrated from May to September,and that of the heating mode is from November to March of the following year.There is a difference between the temperature set by users and the actual indoor temperature,which easily leads to high-load operation of the system and energy waste.
