摘要
焦油是焦化厂在炼焦过程中产生的重要化产品之一,化产品作为焦炭成本冲减项,对焦炭成本有着显著影响。针对酒钢集团公司新1#、2#焦炉配套化产系统试生产期间焦油收率低于行业平均值的问题,从炼焦煤、焦炉操作、化产操作三个方面分析论述影响焦油收率的影响因素,并从这三个方面分析制定提高焦油收率相应改进优化措施,确定了最佳工艺参数范围,提高了焦油收率和产品效益,为稳定焦油收率日常操作提供了科学生产依据和参考。
Tar is one of the important chemical products produced by coking plants during the coking process.Chemical products,as a reduction in coking costs,have a significant impact on coking costs.In response to the problem that the tar yield is lower than the industry average during the trial production of Jiugang New 1#,2#coke oven supporting chemical production system,the impact on the tar yield is analyzed from three aspects:coking coal,coke oven operation and chemical production operation.The factors and the corresponding improvement and optimization measures for improving the tar yield were analyzed from these three aspects,and the optimal process parameter range was determined,and the tar yield and chemical product benefits were improved,providing a scientific production basis and reference for stabilizing the daily operation of tar yield.
