人工智能成像优化技术在冠状动脉CT血管成像的初步应用

摘要 目的分析人工智能成像优化技术在冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年9月某医院疑似冠心病患者200例作为研究对象,所有患者行CCTA检查,均采用同一CT扫描仪,采集的原始数据分别通过两种技术进行图像重建,命名为传统重建组和人工智能重建组。对两种重建方法的图像质量进行主观和客观评估。结果人工智能重建组在冠状动脉边缘锐利度和血管分支显示清晰度的评分上高于传统重建组,而伪影程度的评分低于传统重建组(P<0.05)。人工智能重建组CT值更稳定且高于传统重建组,噪声水平低于传统重建组,对比噪声比高于传统重建组(P<0.05)。人工智能重建组动脉狭窄程度检出率高于传统重建组(P<0.05)。结论人工智能成像优化技术应用于冠状动脉CT血管成像可以提高图像质量,降低图像噪声,提高对比噪声比,同时提升对冠状动脉病变的诊断准确度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of artificial intelligence imaging optimization technology in coronary CT angiography(CCTA).Methods A total of 200 suspected coronary heart disease patients in a hospital from June 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent CCTA examination using the same CT scanner.The collected raw data were reconstructed using two techniques:traditional reconstruction group.Artificial Intelligence Reconstruction Team.Subjective and objective evaluation of image quality for two reconstruction methods.Results The artificial intelligence reconstruction group scored higher than the traditional reconstruction group in terms of sharpness of coronary artery edges and clarity of vascular branch display,while the score of artifact degree was lower than that of the traditional reconstruction group(P<0.05).The CT values of the artificial intelligence reconstruction group are more stable and higher than those of the traditional reconstruction group,the noise level is lower than that of the traditional reconstruction group,and the noise ratio is higher than that of the traditional reconstruction group(P<0.05).The detection rate of arterial stenosis degree in the artificial intelligence reconstruction group is higher than that in the traditional reconstruction group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of artificial intelligence imaging optimization technology in coronary CT angiography can improve image quality,reduce image noise,increase contrast to noise ratio,and improve the diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery lesions.
