摘要
目的研究对筋膜刀疗法联合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中患者的效果。方法纳入60例2023年7月至2024年10月在广西江滨医院物理治疗科康复实验室治疗的脑卒中恢复期患者,采取随机数字表法分组,纳为对照组和试验组,人数均等。两组所实施的方法不同,分别为常规的康复计划+核心稳定性训练(前者)、在常规康复训练的基础上增加筋膜刀疗法联合核心稳定性训练(后者),对比两组的平衡能力、躯干控制能力、下肢运动功能和步行功能。结果治疗前,两组静态与动态平衡评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组静态与动态平衡评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Sheikh躯干控制试验、Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能、Holden功能性步行分级评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,均与治疗前改变,且试验组评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论筋膜刀疗法联合核心稳定性训练效果显著,能够有效提高脑卒中患者的姿势控制能力、平衡能力,并改善其运动功能、步行功能,是治疗脑卒中患者的可靠方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of fascia knife therapy combined with core stability training on stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients in the recovery period were recruited from the rehabilitation laboratory of the Physical Therapy Department of Guangxi Jiangbin Hospital between July 2023 and October 2024.Then,they were divided into two groups:the comparison group and the test group,with the same number of participants in each.The two groups received different treatments:thefirst group was treated with routine recovery training,while the second group was treated with a combination of routine recovery training and core stability training.Balance ability,trunk control,lower limb motor function,and walking function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the differences between the static and dynamic balance scores of the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the static and dynamic balance scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were significant differences in the Sheikh trunk control test,Fugl-Meyer lower extremity motor function,and Holden functional walking classification scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the improvement was significant,and the score of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Fascia knife therapy combined with core stability training significantly improves balance,trunk control,motor function,and walking ability in stroke patients,making it a reliable rehabilitation method.
