摘要
目的探究家庭参与式护理对消化道出血患儿出血情况、恢复进程及复发率的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月于徐州市儿童医院接受治疗的90例消化道出血患儿进行研究。将90例患儿按照随机数字表法分成2组。所有消化道出血患儿均给予吸氧、输血和补液纠正等对症治疗,并根据患儿情况给予生长抑素止血。对照组(45例)开展基础护理,观察组(45例)开展基础护理+家庭参与式护理。比较2组患儿的出血情况、恢复进程、复发率和并发症发生率。结果观察组的出血次数少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,均有明显统计学差异(P均<0.05)。2组的止血时间和复发率相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理能够改善消化道出血患儿的出血症状,促进患儿恢复,复发率较低,且能够降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the impact of family participatory nursing on the bleeding condition,recovery process,and relapse rate of children with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A study was conducted on 90 children with gastrointestinal hemorrhage who received treatment at Xuzhou Childrens Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023.The 90 children were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.All children with gastrointestinal hemorrhage received the symptomatic treatment such as oxygen inhalation,blood transfusion,and fluid administration,and somatostatin was given to stop bleeding according to the patientscondition.The control group(45 cases)received basic nursing,while the observation group(45 cases)received basic nursing and family participatory nursing.The bleeding condition,recovery process,relapse rate,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had fewer bleeding episodes,shorter hospital stays,and a lower overall incidence of complications compared with the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hemostasis time and relapse rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family participatory nursing can improve the bleeding symptoms of children with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,promote their recovery with a lower relapse rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.
