信息化手段在基层医院感控精细化管理中的有效性分析

摘要本研究聚焦于基层医院感染控制及管理现状,重在探究信息化技术的应用策略、对精细化管理的影响及显著价值。当前,基层医院普遍存在感控资源配置不当的问题,感染检测流程标准化程度有待提升,信息化建设进度相对缓慢,部门间的协同处置效率受限,加之基于实时数据的动态预警机制尚未健全,严重影响医疗安全与服务质量。基于此,通过引入信息化手段,重构感控管理体系,继而贯穿从院感数据采集到风险预警,再到精细管理与协同处置的全链条,推动院感管理由“被动应对型”向“主动防控型”转变,最终有效降低院内感染发病率并提升医疗质量,为公共卫生体系建设提供可持续性建议。 This study focuses on the current situation of infection control and management in primary hospitals,emphasizing the exploration of the application strategies of information technology,its impact on refined management,and its significant value.At present,there is a widespread problem of improper allocation of infection control resources in primary hospitals.The standardization degree of infection detection processes needs to be improved.The progress of information construction is relatively slow.The efficiency of collaborative handling among departments is limited.In addition,the dynamic early warning mechanism based on real-time data has not yet been perfected,which seriously affects medical safety and service quality.Based on this,the introduction information technology means to reconstruct the infection control management system,and then cover the entire chain from the collection of hospital infection data to risk early warning,and then to fine management and collaborative handling,promoting the transformation of hospital infection management from a"passive response type"to an"active prevention and control type",ultimately effectively reducing the incidence of hospital infections and improving medical quality.Provide sustainable suggestions for the construction of the public health system.
