摘要
本文针对目前全科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中在急诊科轮转过程中轮转内容多、学员基础与临床知识薄弱、师资带教水平不一、出科考核不够合理、科研能力培养欠缺等问题,提出加强理论知识及临床技能培训、加强师资队伍的建设、教学方式多样性、完善全科医生的考核模式及科研能力培养等建议,为当前全科医学教育背景下急诊科住培教育提供理论依据及实践基础。
This article focuses on the problems existing in the rotation process of general practice resident physicians undergoing standardized training(referred to as resident training)in the emergency department,such as excessive rotation content,weak basic and clinical knowledge of trainees,inconsistent teaching levels of instructors,unreasonable exit assessment,and neglect of the cultivation of scientific research capabilities.Suggestions such as strengthening theoretical knowledge and clinical skills training,enhancing the construction of the teaching staff,diversifying teaching methods,improving the assessment model for general practitioners and cultivating their scientific research capabilities are put forward,providing theoretical basis and practical foundation for the resident training education of emergency departments under the current background of general medical education.
