基于案例的临床教学法在心内科中的应用效果及对教学质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨基于案例的临床教学法在心内科实习生中的应用效果及对教学质量的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2024年6月昌乐县人民医院心内科实习生58名为研究对象,根据教学方法不同分为两组,各29名。对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组联合基于案例的临床教学法。比较两组教学质量、综合能力和教学满意度。结果观察组教学质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组综合能力总分为(483.52±26.49)分,高于对照组的(467.64±19.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.602,P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于案例的临床教学法能提高心内科实习生教学质量,有助于提升实习医生综合水平,且教学满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of case-based clinical teaching method in interns of cardiovascular internal medicine and its influence on teaching quality.Methods Fifty-eight interns from the Department of Cardiovascular of Changle County People's Hospital from March 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with twenty-nine interns in each group.The control group was taught by conventional methods,while the observation group was combined with the case-based clinical teaching method.Compared the teaching quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The teaching quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total score of comprehensive ability of the observation group was 483.52±26.49,which was higher than 467.64±19.46 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.602,P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based clinical teaching method can improve the teaching quality of cardiovascular interns,help enhance the comprehensive level of interns doctors,and has a relatively high teaching satisfaction rate.
