摘要
目的探究数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式在脊柱外科与神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月空军军医大学第二附属医院脊柱外科与神经外科36名住培学生作为对照组,给予传统方式带教;选择2024年2月至2025年2月医院脊柱外科与神经外科40名住培学生作为研究组,给予数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式带教。比较两组学生带教前后考核成绩、批判思维能力、综合能力,以及教学反馈结果。结果与带教前比较,两组学生带教后典型案例分析、解剖知识、手术相关知识等理论考核成绩及操作考核成绩均提高(P<0.05),且带教后研究组学生理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);与带教前比较,两组学生带教后认知成熟度、分析能力、开放思想、寻求真相、求知欲、系统化能力、自信心等批判思维能力评分均上升(P<0.05),且带教后研究组学生批判思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);与带教前比较,两组学生带教后独立思考、团结合作、自主学习、逻辑思维以及人文关怀能力等综合能力评分均上升(P<0.05),且带教后研究组学生综合能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对于学习效果及教学活动参与率改善效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱外科与神经外科带教采用数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式有助于改善学生批判思维能力以及综合能力,提高学生成绩及带教质量,显示出良好应用潜力。
Objective To explore the application effect of digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO teaching model on the spine surgery and neurosurgery teaching.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,36 resident training students in spinal surgery and neurosurgery of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were selected as the control group and received traditional teaching.From February 2024 to February 2025,another 40 resident training students were included in the study group and carried out digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO teaching model.The assessment results,critical thinking ability,comprehensive ability and teaching feedback results were compared between both groups before and after teaching training.Results Compared with their pre-teaching,the scores of typical case analysis,anatomical knowledge,surgery-related knowledge,theoretical examination and operation examination in the two groups were enhanced after teaching(P<0.05),and the theoretical examination score and operation examination score in the study group were higher than those in the control group after teaching(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability dimensions such as cognitive maturity,analytical ability,open mindedness,truth-seeking,curiosity,systematic analysis ability and self-confidence in the two groups after teaching were increased compared with those before teaching(P<0.05),and the critical thinking ability scores after teaching were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of independent thinking,unity awareness and cooperation,independent learning,logical thinking and humanistic care ability were elevated in both groups after teaching compared to those before teaching(P<0.05),and the study group had higher comprehensive ability scores after teaching(P<0.05).The improvement effects in the study group on learning effect and participation rate of teaching activities were better compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO teaching model in spinal surgery and neurosurgery teaching is helpful to improve the critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability,and can enhance the performance and teaching quality of students,and demonstrates good potential for application.
