摘要
为改善井工煤矿综掘进面工作环境,设计了气水喷雾降尘装置。通过对喷雾降尘机理的研究、雾化喷嘴的选型、喷嘴最佳工作参数的确定以及降尘装置在采煤机安装位置的确定,设计的气水两相喷雾降尘装置在实际应用中,对全尘除尘效率提高26.8%~28%,对呼尘除尘效率提高27.0%~30.3%,除尘效果显著提高,取得良好的降尘效果。
In order to improve the working environment of fully mechanized heading face in mine,an air water spray dust suppression device was designed.Through the research on the mechanism of spray dust suppression,the selection of atomizing nozzles,the determination of the best working parameters of nozzles,and the determination of the installation position of dust suppression device in the shearer,the designed air-water two-phase spray dust suppression device has improved the efficiency of total dust removal by 26.8%~28%,and the efficiency of exhaled dust removal by 27.0%~30.3%in practical application.The dust removal effect has been significantly improved,and good dust reduction effect has been achieved.
