摘要
目的探讨利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年1月至2023年12月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者仅接受椎旁神经阻滞治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用利多卡因凝胶贴膏治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高生活质量,且安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine gel plaster combined with paravertebral nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group only received paravertebral nerve block treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with lidocaine gel plaster on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Results After treatment,the pain level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine gel plaster combined with paravertebral nerve block can effectively relieve the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,improve the quality of life,and has good safety.
