摘要
为提高危化品运输监控的可靠性,设计一套基于单片机的危化品运输监控系统。首先根据系统功能需求,构建了系统整体框架;然后以STM32F103ZET6单片机为主控制器,采用多传感器采集危化品运输信息数据,并通过无线通信进行数据传输;其次利用粘菌算法(SMA)对双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)超参数进行优化,并用优化后的BiLSTM网络对多传感器采集的危化品运输信息数据进行处理与分析,实现了危化品运输状态监控。结果表明,本系统硬件选型合理,软件采用改进SMA算法优化的BiLSTM网络对多传感器数据处理与分析表现出良好的效果。由此得出,本系统实现了危化品运输状态监控,提高了危化品运输监控的可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of hazardous chemicals transportation monitoring,a set of hazardous chemicals transportation monitoring system based on single-chip microcomputer was designed.Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the system,the overall framework of the system was constructed.Then,the STM32F103ZET6 single-chip microcomputer was used as the main controller,and the multi-sensor was used to collect the information data of hazardous chemicals transportation,and the data was transmitted through wireless communication.Secondly,the slime mold algorithm(SMA)was used to optimize the hyperparameters of the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network(BiLSTM),and the optimized BiLSTM network was used to process and analyze the transportation information data of hazardous chemicals collected by multiple sensors,so as to realize the monitoring of the transportation status of hazardous chemicals.The results showed that the hardware selection of the system was reasonable,and the BiLSTM network optimized by the improved SMA algorithm showed good results for multi-sensor data processing and analysis.It can be concluded that the system realizes the monitoring of the transportation status of hazardous chemicals and improves the reliability of the transportation monitoring of hazardous chemicals.
