摘要
目的:总结脓毒症相关脑功能障碍(SABD)病人评估与管理的最佳证据总结。方法:系统检索国内外网站中与SABD病人评估与管理相关的文献,文献类型包括临床决策、证据总结、指南、系统评价、最佳实践及专家共识,检索时限为建库至2024年7月2日。并对文献质量进行评价和资料提取。结果:共纳入10篇文献,其中专家共识2篇、指南2篇、系统评价6篇,纳入文献的质量整体较高。最终从影响因素、评估与鉴别、监测与治疗、康复与随访4个方面汇总了12条最佳证据。结论:本研究总结的SABD病人评估与管理的最佳证据具有一定的科学性和实用性,可为临床实践提供参考。
Objective:To summarize the best evidence for the assessment and management of patients with sepsis-associated brain dysfunction(SABD).Methods:Literature related to the assessment and management of SABD patients were retrieved from domestic and international databases.Literature types included clinical decision-making,evidence summaries,guidelines,systematic reviews,best practices,and expert consensus.The retrieval time spanned from database establishment to July 2,2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated,and data were extracted.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,comprising 2 expert consensus,2 guidelines,and 6 systematic reviews.The overall quality of the included literature was high.Ultimately,12 best evidence statements were summarized across 4 aspects(influencing factors,assessment and differentiation,monitoring and treatment,and rehabilitation and follow-up).Conclusions:The best evidence for the assessment and management of SABD patients summarized in this study demonstrates scientific validity and practical applicability.It could provide a reference for clinical practice.
