内置修复剂轻骨料水泥基材料自修复性能及机理研究进展

Self-healing Performance and Mechanism of Lightweight Aggregate Cementitious Materials with Built-in Repairing Agent:a Review

摘要 利用轻骨料内部的孔隙内置修复剂使水泥基材料具有裂缝自修复能力是水泥基材料修补新策略,能够延长水泥基材料使用寿命。本文综合评述了轻骨料自修复水泥基材料的组成、设计、自修复机理和性能评估;着重介绍了天然/人造轻骨料内置无机型修复剂或微生物等修复体系,从力学性能、裂纹闭合、耐久性能三个方面系统梳理了轻骨料自修复体系的修复效果,抗压强度恢复率基本达到80%以上,裂缝宽度闭合可达90%,毛细吸水率、抗氯离子渗透性等耐久性指标均有所降低;最后探讨了轻骨料自修复水泥基材料领域未来的发展方向及需要克服的难题,旨在为该研究的应用提供指导和建议。 The use of lightweight aggregate with built-in repairing agent to make cementitious materials with crack self-repairing ability is a new strategy for cementitious materials,which can prolong the service life of cementitious materials.The composition,design,self-repairing mechanism and performance evaluation of lightweight aggregate self-repairing cementitious materials are comprehensively reviewed,with emphasis on the repair systems of natural/man-made types of lightweight aggregates with built-in inorganic repair agents or microorganisms,and the repairing effect of lightweight aggregate self-repairing system is systematically sorted out from the mechanical properties,crack closure and durability.The reco-very rate of compressive strength basically reaches more than 80%,crack width closure reaches 90%,and durability properties such as capillary water absorption rate and chlorine ion permeability are also reduced.Finally,the future development directions and the difficulties to be overcome in the field of lightweight aggregate self-repairing cementitious material are discussed,aiming to provide guidance and suggestions for the application of this research.
