摘要
文章从服务网点建设、服务内容、数字资源建设及服务渠道4个方面对长三角和京津冀地区8家省级及以上公共图书馆知识产权信息服务现状展开调研分析,指出其存在的问题,提出公共图书馆知识产权服务优化策略,即构建全域协同与国际化布局的服务网点体系;创新服务内容供给,强化产业嵌入服务;加强数字资源建设,搭建资源共享平台;打造智慧化、协同化服务渠道网络;加强公共图书馆知识产权人才建设。
The article conducts research and analysis on the current situation of intellectual property information services in 8 provincial-level and above public libraries in the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions from four aspects:service network construction,service content,digital resource construction,and service channels,and points out the existing problems,and proposes optimization strategies for intellectual property service in public libraries,namely,build service network system with global collaboration and international layout;innovate the service content supply and strengthen industrial embedding service:strengthen the construction of digital resources and build resource sharing platform;build smart and collaborative service channel network;strengthen the construction of intellectual property talents in public libraries.
