盐度对Anammox脱氮性能的抑制及外源物质对其的缓解作用

摘要 考察了厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)污泥对不同盐度的响应以及添加不同外源物质对盐度抑制的缓解效果。首先采用连续流试验考察了0~20 g/L NaCl对UASB反应器脱氮性能的影响,其次采用短期批次试验考察了投加KCl、FeSO_(4)、甘氨酸甜菜碱(C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2))3种外源物质对盐度抑制Anammox脱氮性能及污泥活性的缓解作用。结果显示,未经驯化的Anammox污泥对环境较敏感,6 g/L盐度即可显著抑制其脱氮性能;随驯化过程进行,Anammox污泥能逐渐适应15 g/L的盐度;在盐度为20 g/L的环境下,Anammox污泥活性受到可逆抑制。投加外源物质能缓解盐度冲击对Anammox污泥的抑制效果。低盐度条件下,投加FeSO_(4)能刺激Anammox活性,投加C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2)能显著降低盐度对Anammox的抑制作用。高盐度条件下,投加KCl对Anammox污泥能起到更好的活性保留作用。Hill抑制模型拟合结果显示,投加外源物质对盐度冲击抑制效果的缓解作用表现为空白对照组<FeSO_(4)<KCl<C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2)。 The response of anaerobic ammonium oxidation(Anammox)sludge to different salinity and the mitigation effects of adding different exogenous substances on salinity suppression were investigated.The effect of 0-20 g/L NaCl on the denitrification performance of the reactor was studied by continuous flow experiment.Short term batch experiments were conducted to investigate the mitigation effects of adding three exogenous substances,including KCl,FeSO_(4),and glycine betaine(C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2)),on the salinity inhibition of Anammox denitrification performance and sludge activity.The results showed that untamed Anammox sludge was more sensitive to the environment,and salinity of 6 g/L could significantly inhibit its denitrification performance.As the domestication progressed,Anammox sludge could gradually adapt to the salinity of 15 g/L.In the environment with salinity of 20 g/L,Anammox sludge was reversibly inhibited.The addition of exogenous substances could alleviate the inhibitory effect of salinity shock on Anammox sludge.Under low salinity conditions,the addition of FeSO_(4)could stimulate Anammox activity,while the addition of C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2)significantly reduced the inhibitory effect of salinity on Anammox.Under high salinity conditions,adding KCl had a better activity retention effect on Anammox sludge.The fitting results of the Hill inhibition models showed that the mitigation effects of adding exogenous substances on salinity shock inhibition was as follows:blank control group<FeSO_(4)<KCl<C_(5)H_(11)NO_(2).
