摘要
全国供水水库普遍面临水体富营养化问题,为解析浮游生物结构及其与水质的关系,以钟前水库为对象,开展为期1 a的调查。结果显示,钟前水库处于中营养水平,浮游动物优势种为晶囊轮虫、象鼻溞、汤匙华哲水蚤和无节幼体,浮游植物优势种为微囊藻。主成分的分析结果表明:水质差异主要表现为总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)等浓度差异。相关性分析显示,秋冬季优势种与TN和TP呈正相关。钟前水库处于磷限制状态,TP在秋冬季对水质影响显著,研究结果将为水库富营养化防控和水质管理提供重要参考。
Eutrophication is a common challenge for water supply reservoirs nationwide.To investigate the relationship between plankton community structure and water quality,a one-year survey was conducted in Zhongqian Reservoir.Results indicate a mesotrophic state,with dominant zooplankton species including Keratella cochlearis,Bosmina longirostris,Eodiaptomus sp.,and nauplii,and the dominant phytoplankton species being Microcystis spp.Principal component analysis revealed that water quality variation was mainly associated with differences in total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)concentrations.Correlation analysis showed positive associations between autumn/winter dominant species and TN and TP.The reservoir is under phosphorus-limited conditions,with TP having a significant impact on water quality in autumn and winter.These findings provide important references for eutrophication control and water quality management in reservoirs.
