摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引起的一种高度传染性疾病,对全球养猪业造成了严重威胁。疫苗是解决ASF防控问题的关键,其中减毒活疫苗因免疫原性强、保护效力高而成为研究热点。本文总结了ASF减毒活疫苗研究进展,包括基于天然弱毒株、人工重组弱毒株和细胞传代致弱毒株的疫苗研发策略,分析了当前疫苗研发面临的挑战,并对未来的疫苗发展方向进行了深入思考,以期为ASF疫苗研发提供参考。
African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),posing a severe threat to global pig industry,which should be prevented and controlled by vaccines,particularlyattenuated live vaccines with strong immunogenicity and high protective efficacy.Here,the advances in attenuatedlive vaccines against ASF were summarized,including development strategies based on naturally attenuated strains,artificially recombinant attenuated strains and cell-passaged attenuated strains.Challenges faced by vaccine developmentwere analyzed,and future direction of vaccine development was deeply discussed,aiming to guide further researcheso f ASF vaccines.
