青海不同产地羌活及根际土壤中无机元素相关性研究

Study on Inorganic Elements in Notopterygium incisum and the Rhizosphere Soil from Different Growing Areas in Qinghai Province

摘要 本研究以青海的7个地区采集羌活及其对应的根际土壤为样品,通过分析不同产地的羌活及其根际土壤的无机元素含量特征,探究羌活无机元素与根际土壤无机元素含量之间的相关关系。结果表明,根际土壤中互助的Ca、门源的K和贵徳的Fe的含量均较高,分别为231.658 g/mg、70.496 g/mg和31.008 g/mg。羌活中贵德的Ca、门源的Fe、民和的B和Cu、湟中的K含量均相对较高,分别为328.242 g/mg、16.186 ug/mg、1.127 ug/mg、0.070 g/mg、39.281 g/mg。且羌活中的Ca和根际中的K、B含量存在显著负相关。以上研究结果为合理施肥、改良土壤和提高羌活品质提供依据。 This study took Notopterygium incisum and its corresponding rhizosphere soil samples collected from seven regions in Qinghai.By analyzing the inorganic element content characteristics of Notopterygium incisum and its rhizosphere soil from different origins,the correlation between inorganic elements Notopterygium incisum and the inorganic element content of rhizosphere soil was explored.The results indicated that the contents of Huzhu Ca,Menyuan K and Guide Fe in the rhizosphere soil were all relatively high,which were 231.658μg/mg,70.496μg/mg and 31.008μg/mg respectively.The contents of Ca from Guide,Fe from Menyuan,B and Cu from Minhe,and K from Huangzhong in Notopterygium incisum were relatively high,which were 328.242μg/mg,16.186 ug/mg,1.127 ug/mg,0.070μg/mg,and 39.281μg/mg respectively.Moreover,there was a significant negative correlation between the Ca content in Notopterygium incisum and the K and B contents in the rhizosphere.The above research results provide a basis for rational fertilization,soil improvement and enhancing the quality of Notopterygium incisum.
