摘要
目的分析臭氧水疗对儿童特应性皮炎治疗的效果观察及IL-2、IL-4水平影响评价。方法按照随机数字表法将特应性皮炎的90例患者分为2组,对照组45例予以常规药物治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上采用臭氧水疗治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、外周血白细胞介素(IL)、干扰素(IFN)及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组IL-2、IL-4、IL-31比较无明显差异,(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-31均优于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组显效26例,基本有效17例;对照组显效14例,有效22例;观察组与对照组的总有效率对比,95.55%明显高于80.00%,(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.89%,远低于对照组的26.66,(P>0.05)。观察组复发率20.00%显著低于对照组35.55%,(P<0.05)。结论特应性皮炎应用臭氧水疗治疗有利于促进患者症状消除,获得良好治疗效果,且不良反应少,复发率低,促进病情转归。
Objective To analyze the effect of ozone hydrotherapy on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children and evaluate the influence of IL-2 and IL-4 levels.Methods According to the random number table method,90 patients with atopic dermatitis were divided into 2 groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and 45 cases in the observation group were treated with ozone hydrotherapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,peripheral blood interleukin(IL),interferon(IFN),and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IL-2,IL-4,and IL-31 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-31 in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,26 cases showed significant improvement and 17 cases were basically effective.In the control group,14 cases showed significant improvement and 22 cases were effective.The comparison of the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group showed that 95.55%was significantly higher than 80.00%(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%,which was much lower than 26.66 in the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 20.00%,significantly lower than that of the control group at 35.55%(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone hydrotherapy for atopic dermatitis is beneficial for eliminating symptoms in patients,achieving good therapeutic effects,with few adverse reactions,low recurrence rate,and promoting the prognosis of the disease.
