装配式建筑多层集中灌浆施工数值分析研究

摘要 钢筋套筒灌浆连接的装配整体式剪力墙结构,常采用多层集中灌浆施工,然而,施工过程存在生产低效及安全质量隐患问题。通过数值模拟,对未灌浆前的临时结构开展阶段施工力学分析,揭示了临时结构中的荷载传递分配机制,明确了关键作业环节时机与要求,提出了施工指导意见,为保障施工安全、提高生产质量和效率提供了依据。 Multi-layer concentrated grouting is adopted for assembled integral shear wall structures connected by steel sleeve grouting.Low production efficiency and concealed safety and quality risks are present in the construction process.Therefore,the staged construction mechanics of the pre-grout temporary structure are analyzed through numerical simulation.The load transfer and distribution mechanism within the temporary structure is revealed.Moreover,the timing and requirements of key operation links are clarified.Consequently,targeted construction guidance is proposed,providing a basis for construction safety assurance and improvement of production quality and efficiency.
