摘要
家鹅在我国先民向各地的历次迁移中,被广泛推广分布于全国各地,在适应各地气候与养殖条件基础上,通过自然、人为选择及杂交等形成了目前30多个地方与培育品种。文章基于我国鹅的驯养、养鹅用鹅和品种培育等考古和文献记载,梳理我国鹅种起源、推广传播和产业发展的历史脉络以及与品种形成的相互关系,以期构建鹅产业发展历史与品种形成的完整图景,为持续推动鹅产业高质量发展提供理论参考。
In the previous migrations of our ancestors to various places,the goose was widely promoted and distributed all over the country.On the basis of adapting to the climate and breeding conditions of various places,more than 30 local and culti-vated varieties were formed by natural,artificial selection and hybridization.Based on the archaeological and literature records of goose domestication,goose breeding and breed cultivation in China,this paper sorted out the historical context of the origin,pro-motion and dissemination of goose breeds in China,the historical context of industrial development and the relationship with the formation of breeds,in order to construct a complete picture of the development history of goose industry and the formation of breeds,and provide a theoretical reference for continuously promoting the high-quality development of goose industry.
