摘要
为进一步推动和提高江苏省动物狂犬病防控成效,研究分析目前实施的防控策略,通过搜集整理江苏省13个设区市出台的养犬管理条例(办法)及人间病例等情况,分析当前江苏省狂犬病综合防控形势。结果发现有部分市尚未出台强制免疫政策,或者政策发布时间久远,狂犬病综合防控能力还需进一步加强,防控成效还有待进一步提升。完善狂犬病防控工作机制,加强综合防控能力,同时根据现实需要对各地相关政策进行修订,已成为部分市亟不可待的任务。
To further improve the effectiveness of animal rabies prevention and control in Jiangsu province,this study analyzes the currently implemented control strategies.By collecting and reviewing dog management regulations(or measures)issued by the 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province,along with data on human infection cases,the current comprehensive rabies prevention and control situation was evaluated.The findings reveal that some cities have yet to establish compulsory immunization policies,or existing policies were formulated years ago.Additionally,the capacity for comprehensive rabies prevention and control still requires strengthening,and the effectiveness of control measures requires further enhancement.Improving the rabies prevention and control mechanisms,strengthening comprehensive prevention capabilities,and revising local policies in accordance with practical needs have become urgent priorities for certain cities.
