摘要
新时代高校医学实验教学形态正在发生深刻变化,基于数智化教学的新技术正在医学实验教学领域展开应用,医学实验技术队伍也因此面临着改革重构的现状。该文通过对医学实验教学新形态、新变化进行分析,阐述了技术赋能医学实验教学以及数智化教学生态的发展趋势,提出了以数智化教学改革为切入点,借助数智化教学项目以及数智化教学生态建设,加强实验技术队伍数智化教学基本功,强化队伍的教学信息素养,提升队伍整体的创新能力,为新时代高校医学实验技术队伍建设提供参考。
The form of medical laboratory teaching in colleges and universities in the new era is undergoing profound changes.New technologies based on digital and intelligent teaching are being launched in the field of medical experimental teaching,and the medical laboratory technology team is also facing the current situation of reform and reconstruction.This paper analyzes the new form and new changes of medical experimental teaching,expounds the development trend of technologyempowered medical experimental teaching and digital and intelligent teaching ecology,and proposes that with the help of digital and intelligent teaching reform and digital and intelligent teaching ecological construction,the basic skills of digital and intelligent teaching of experimental technology teams will be strengthened,the teaching information literacy of the team will be promoted,and the overall innovation ability of the team will be improved,so as to provide reference for the technical construction of medical laboratory teams in colleges and universities in the new era.
